With over 70 years’ collective experience, the company’s expert team of property professionals offer services spanning the management and operations of luxury homes, from comprehensive property reports, execution of preventive maintenance schedules, to a full concierge service. We currently manage a portfolio of prime properties in London worth more than £300m.

Our ultimate goal is to increase the value of clients’ homes whilst reducing the cost to maintain them through our vetted and trusted supplier network. Our clients lack time to look after their properties – they wish to visit and enjoy London without needing to think about property maintenance and whether their utility bills have been paid. We have built a small but experienced team, with 70 years combined experience managing the households of UHNW clients. Like any team, there is no ‘I’ and in this case every member brings their own genuine and distinct experience, which enables us to truly take on all of our clients’ needs.
Sarah Soussou | Director of Operations
An accomplished leader in luxury property management and business development, Sarah specialises in working directly with High-Net Worth-Individuals (HNWIs) to deliver bespoke services that exceed expectations.
With a BBA (Hons) in International Hospitality & Business Management from the world-renowned Glion Institute of Higher Education, she has built an exceptional career rooted in managing elite property portfolios and cultivating long-term relationships with discerning clients.
As Operations Director for Footman & Butler Prime Property Management – a leading luxury property management company – Sarah spearheads a service that blends five-star, hotel-style convenience with the warmth and personalisation of home living. She ensures that every property is meticulously cared for, creating tailored experiences for owners who demand the highest standards. From overseeing high-end property maintenance to managing complex client requests, she’s at the forefront of delivering seamless, hassle-free solutions to HNWIs who expect nothing less than perfection.
Sara Geraghty | Chief of Staff
Sara has over 20 years of experience managing estates and family offices to exceptional standards for high-net-worth individuals and high-profile organisations.
She’s a proactive and motivated Chief of Staff, with an analytical approach to solving challenges and possessing exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Capable of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, Sara has extensive experience in overseeing household responsibilities from maintenance, staffing, diary management, PA support, and budgeting. A team player, she’s committed to continually improving related procedures, by suggesting innovative ideas and being a consistently positive voice. At Footman & Butler Prime Property Management, she’s a dedicated Chief of Staff for a high-profile client based in Kensington, which sees her manage household expenses, oversee suppliers and maintenance, as well as recruit and train household staff. She works closely with the Managing Partner of the company in the day-to-day servicing of clients.
Riddhi Shah | Finance Director
Riddhi has over 10 years of industry experience managing finances for high-profile organisations in the UK and has managed accounts and audits for private clients and family offices.
She has experience in managing many different areas within finance, such as accounting, corporate taxation, revenue reconciliations, expense management, monthly accounts report, VAT, CIS, and other HMRC compliances. She is the Finance Director of Footman & Butler Prime Property Management, where she is responsible for managing accounts and ensuring all the revenue and expenses of the company are correctly recorded and timely paid. She further ensures monthly accounts are presented timely for review, participates in discussions for the growth of the business, and provides insights.
